About Key Remodeling

Los Angeles, one house at a time.

An Alhambra crew working across the San Gabriel Valley and greater Los Angeles. Scroll to follow one house from tired to finished.

Where most jobs start

A tired house.

A worn-out roof, cracked stucco, old windows, a dead lawn and a walk that trips you.

Roofing and exterior

We build roofs, walls and windows, all at once.

A new roof, stucco repaired and re-coated, fresh paint and new windows, scheduled as one job, down to a new walk to the door.

Inside

Then we open it up.

Walls down to the framing and the slab bare, so nothing old hides behind the new finishes.

Plumbing and electrical

We build the systems behind the walls.

Supply and drain lines, a panel that can carry the house, new circuits and lighting, all inspected before the walls close.

Kitchens and bathrooms

We build the rooms that sell a house.

Cabinets, counters, tile and lighting, built by the same company that did the walls behind them.

Concrete and pavers

We build the patio out the back door.

Graded, set on a compacted base and laid to drain away from the house.

The same house, finished

Five crews. One call.

Roofing, exterior, kitchens and baths, plumbing and electrical, concrete and pavers. One company, one schedule, one number.
