Stucco, paint and windows.

The outside, done all at once.

Stucco repair and re-coat, Tex-Cote coatings, exterior paint and Anlin windows, scheduled as one job by one crew. Se habla español.

It starts below the surface.

Cracked stucco usually starts with water and movement underneath. We find the cause before we patch the symptom.

Straight walls make straight lines.

Lath, flashing and weep screed done right are what keep a stucco finish from cracking in five years.

Roof. Stucco. Windows.

Scratch, brown and finish coats, Tex-Cote where it counts, and Anlin windows set, flashed and sealed.

Paint, trim, and the details a street notices.

Color, doors, lighting and the finish work that changes what a house is worth.

Finished to the curb.

Walks, drives and planting by our concrete and pavers crew, so the outside is done all the way to the street.

Illustration. Real projects below.

Three trades, one schedule.

Stucco cracks, chalky paint and drafty windows tend to show up together. We fix them in one job instead of three contractors and three invoices.

Exterior questions.

Straight answers about stucco, paint and windows.

Can you match my existing stucco texture?

Usually, yes. We sample the texture on a small area first so you can see it before we patch the rest.

Do I need to re-stucco or just paint?

If the stucco is sound and the cracks are fine, coating and paint is enough. Loose or hollow areas need repair first.

How long do retrofit windows take?

Most homes take one to two days once the windows arrive. Lead time on Anlin windows is a few weeks.

Do you handle permits for windows?

Yes. Where the city requires a permit, we pull it and schedule the inspection.
